Background using Lawn Fawn

The most recent challenge by Lawnscaping got me really excited as I have been wanting to use my Lawn Fawn LF431 A Birdie Told Me clear stamps differently rather than just using it for a dialogue bubble.

So, this is what I did, using all the dialogue bubbles to create the background and mixing Lawn Fawn LF320 Hello Friend dialogue bubble in this project to have a different dialogue bubble from the background.

It is something that is really easy to do with very limited tools.

I stamped the “hello Friend” dialogue bubble first as that is the main highlight of the card with Versamark Watermark ink and embossed with white embossing powder first.

Next I stamped all the different shapes and sizes of dialogue bubbles from Lawn Fawn LF431 A Birdie Told Me clear stamp set randomly with watermark as well and embossed with white embossing powder.

Lastly, I stamped the little birdie on a white cardstock as I wanted to make this card a simple mix of purple and white as the main color theme and had it die cut using LF485 Dies.  I colored with copic markers and attached it with foam tape.

And that’s it, done for this card for Lawnscaping Challenge.

I hope you enjoyed this card and if you do have this clear stamp set, I am sure you will have lots of fun making your own background for your card.

Happy crafting everyone!
