CMCC#95 – Christmas Card Idea

Hi everyone,

This week’s CMCC color palette just inspired me to start my Christmas card for this year!  The lovely color combination is such a joy already!CMCC #95

Ok, this is quite an old wooden stamp from Hero Arts, but I really love how the poinsettia is embedded in a simple frame.

With a little masking and help with Inkadinkado Stamp-A-Ma-Jig, this overlapping stamping can be done really easily.

Here is my creation for today,

Christmas Card Idea

Step by step instructions

  1. Stamp the center poinsettia first, mask with post-it, align the image with Stamp-A-Ma-Jig and stamp the other two images.
  2. Color with Copic markers
  3. Stamp sentiment from Paper Smooches
  4. Add Wink of Stella – Red to the flower petals

I hope you like today’s creation.  Drop by my team mates’ creation and I am sure you will be so inspired by their creation using this week’s color.

Ren, I love this card so much!! I was even more impressed to realize that it was a single layer and not three images. Absolutely stunning! I just bought a poinsettia stamp and now I’m so inspired to use it 😀
